Jul 30, 2011 I have been a happy user of iRig with both the iPod Touch4 and the iPad version. But in trying to use it in GARAGEBAND on the iPad. I have restarted, adjusted settings, checked updates yadda yadda yadda and I still cannot get the guitar signal in the headphones. There are also MIDI connectors such as the iRig MIDI, which hook up MIDI keyboards, drum machines, drum pads, pedal boards and more to an iOS device. Connect your guitar to your iOS device (we’re using an iRig), get your headphones on and turn up the volume on your headphones and guitar. Open GarageBand. GarageBand and irig is a total waste of anyone’s time. Yes, It’s completely possible to record professional quality audio on your ipad but the first thing to do is forget about garage band all together and get the right apps and hardware. Simple: Get Auria for recording (or Multitrack DAW), overloud/ jamup xt pro. Aug 11, 2015 iRig allows guitar and bass players to plug into their Mac, iPhone/iPad or iPod Touch and use their mobile device to play, practice and record with apps like IK's AmpliTube, Apple’s GarageBand. I’m using custom VST folders, but I tried going back to default and it doesnt change much.
How do we manage for Portal to find the right folder ?
